Vessels priced under $10,000:
A Flat Fee of $695 Paid Upfront
Includes photos, postings to web sites, all showings, purchase negotiations, escrow services and closing paperwork.
Listing active for 6 months and renewable (no charge) until sold.
On the water photos, highlighted and/or featured ads additional.Priced based on Original Listing "ASK".
Fees are non-refundable.
Vessels priced $10,001 - $18,999:
Priced on Original Listing "ASK".
Commission rate of 10%.
Plus a non refundable listing fee of $45 per month,
3 month minimum paid in advance. All other services included.
Chase boat photos additional.
Commission is paid when vessel sells.
Vessels priced up to $500,000:
10% Standard Fee
Commission is paid when vessel sells.
Minimum Fee $2200.
$500,001 to One Million:
NEGOTIABLE
